M. Joy Exiner has been an active, licensed real estate professional since 1974 and has received numerous awards for her achievements in marketing, sales, and customer service. She holds both the CRS and GRI designations and is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. As a member of SABOR, she serves on the SABOR Community Services & Public Relations Task Force.
She has served as a general real estate agent and manager for some of the area’s largest and most respected residential real estate firms and has been directly responsible for the marketing, sales, and closing of condominiums and single-family homes with volume in excess of $90 million. Strong customer orientation, detailed follow-up and close coordination with architects, builders and construction supervisors, enhanced by effective communication, has established Joy as one of the foremost experts in new home marketing. Her vast knowledge of interim and permanent financing has made her an indispensable asset to builders, lenders, developers, and most particularly to new home buyers.
In her personal life, Joy works just as hard as she does in her professional life. As a Human Rights Activist she:

Co-Chaired the San Antonio Black Tie Dinner in 1994 and 1999
Served as President of the San Antonio Black Tie Board of Directors from 1994 till 1998
Assisted the GLBT Community in buying and selling homes for 28 years.
Served on Board of Directors for Victory Fund 1996 - 2002
